If your reps are writing orders and returning products in the same visit...
they can use the Split Order & Return button on the finishing up tab to separate the order and the return with just a few taps.
Two orders will result, one will contain all the positive quantities on the original order and one will contain all the negative quantities on the original order. These negative quantities can be the precursor to an RMA (return merchandise authorization).
You can select a default order category destination for these returns in the orders section of the Account Settings page.
