Getting started with the API

Hi there!

We recently moved our API documentation to docs.handshake.com. Along with a little makeover, we also added more sample responses (both in XML and JSON), implemented a fully-indexed search, and added some more information about some exciting new features: custom fields, custom objects, and theme configurations.
