Overview: Order categories are a useful way to group orders by tradeshow, season, or event. You can create an order category on the web through the Setup tab. When a category is no longer relevant, you are able to hide the related orders from the orders section on the rep’s device by hiding the category on the web. You can also drag and drop the categories on the web to change the display order on mobile.

Hiding an order category
Hide an order category when you want to remove the orders from the day to day workflow of your mobile users.
Once hidden, the category will no longer appear as a folder on the mobile apps and reps will not be able to add new orders to the category. The related orders will be visible through the status view and customer order history view. Example: A pending order from a hidden category will appear in the “Confirmed” order status view and can be found through a customer’s order history as well.
