To understand how Handshake applies all this price list stuff to an order, let's return to ABC Corp's custom pricing. This time, we'll add in a wrinkle: we're currently running a holiday discount program of 25% off standard pricing.
Our price lists import looks like this:
Now, let's create an order and add a product to that order. In the screenshot below, the item's base price is $100, but it's had the 5% ABC Corp Pricing discount automatically applied, because that's ABC Corp's default price list:
The key button is the "Edit" button under the "Price Lists" header. Once clicked, it shows the price list selector:
If we switch to Holiday Pricing, the 25% off applies, and the pricing looks like this:
