Shipments are a core part of Handshake's CRM capabilities. Shipments provide a way for you and your customers to track the fulfillment status of their orders in detail. Giving your customers and reps the ability to track shipments will improve supply chain forecasts. Shipments are visible by default on Handshake Hub and Rep. Once you have created shipments in Handshake, please consult your Customer Success Manager to make them visible to your customers on Handshake Direct. If you need line-level fulfillment tracking, please contact your Customer Success Manager to enable this feature.
Shipments can be imported in bulk from the setup tab within Handshake Hub (be sure to click “Show Advanced”) or through the API. For an example, see the sample shipment import file, attached at the bottom of this article.
Find your shipments by looking at the orders they are tied to on Hub and Rep.
