Contacts are a core part of Handshake's CRM capabilities. They let you capture insights about your customers’ employees and your interactions with them. Keeping track of these relationships is important and the more visibility you have into the relationship with your customers, the better your ability reach them will be.
Contacts can be be imported in bulk from the setup tab within Handshake Hub (be sure to click “Show Advanced”) or through the API. For an example, see the sample contact import file, attached at the bottom of this article.
They can also be created through Handshake Rep by navigating to a Customer and then tapping on the “Contacts” tab:
